A public adjuster is an independent insurance professional who represents policy holders and assists in settling insurance claims. Our public adjusters are professionals licensed by the Florida Department of Financial Services and hold prior experience as claims adjusters and investigators for insurance companies. This gives us inside experience in the claims process. Insurance companies employ adjusters who work on behalf of the insurance company. Public adjusters work exclusively for the policy holder, not the insurance company. The fee for our services is a small percentage of the money paid in your claim by the insurance company. An upfront fee is never charged and in the rare case your claim is denied, you owe nothing.
